Nine Korean Films in Berlin International Film Festival

Berlin Int’l Film Festival (also, known as Berlinale) is a one of the top three International Film Festivals (The other two are Venice Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival) that has been celebrated in February annually.

The 61st Berlinale will be held from 10th to 20th of February. The judging panel members were finalized and announced on January 21, 2011. The festival schedule, which many fans are anxiously waiting on, will be posted on 1st of February.

The tickets can be purchased through the Berlinale official website (www.berlinale.de) starting from February 7th.

Nine Korean Films were invited to join Berlin Festival this year. Especially, “Love you, Love you not” (Producer Yoon-Ki Lee, starring Su Jeong Lim and Hyun Bin) was nominated for the Best Motion Picture and will be competing for Golden Bear Award along with 16 other International Films.

There are many different awards such as Panorama Pubikumspreis (The Audience Award), Berlinale Camera. But the star of the Festival is Golden Bear Award that is awarded to the Best Motion Picture.
