When people started accusing her of having plastic surgeries done to her face and body, Clara stepped out publicly on Twitter and tweeted,
"haha If I had some surgeries done, I would have honestly said so. Since I didn't, there is nothing for me to confess. But I will take this accusations as a compliment because people are basically telling me that I am that pretty. Exercise diligently. It will make more dramatic result than plastic surgeries."
Along with her long tweet, Clara posted a couple pictures of her makeup-free face to prove that she had nothing done to her face.
Recently the actress has been accused a lot of having her face and body done as she started getting spotlights more because of her voluptuous body and well-defined facial features. However, she denied all claims.
Clara also opened up on a TV show interview that she did not have anything done.
