A total of 111 films from 30 countries will screen at the festival which will continue through Sept. 24 at Mega Box and KINTEX, both in Goyang located north of Seoul, capital of South Korea.
The festival, also known as “DMZ Docs,” showcases films dealing with "peace, coexistence and reconciliation.“
The DMZ, which divides the Korean Peninsula, is the most heavily armed area in the world.
