The car is the first diesel-powered SUV produced by the Japanese car manufacturer.
The Qashqai, produced by Nissan since 2007, has sold more than 2 million units in the world. It was the best-selling SUV in Europe in the first half of this year.
The SUV has an engine capacity of 1,600cc that churns out 131 horsepower, the company said. Its fuel efficiency stands at 15.3 kilometers per liter of diesel.
The S, SL and Platinum models are priced at 30,500,000 won, 33,900,000 won and 37,900,000 won, respectively.
