BoA's 8th album ranks 20th on iTunes top albums chart upon its release

K-pop singer BoA's eighth album "Kiss My Lips" joined the ranks of the top 20 on the U.S. iTunes top albums chart upon its release Tuesday. The album, her first full-length album in three years, ranked 20th on the chart as of 9 a.m. Wednesday, a day after its release. It topped the main album chart of the U.S. iTunes both in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and placed third in Singapore, fourth in Indonesia, seventh in Macau, 12th in Vietnam, 17th in Malaysia, 19th in Japan and 28th in Thailand. On Monday, BoA held an event in southern Seoul to mark the release of the album containing a total of 12 tracks. The event was emceed by boy band Super Junior member Eunhyuk.
