US hip hop group Slum Village to perform in Seoul Aug. 28

American hip hop group Slum Village will hold a performance in South Korea on Aug. 28, an agency in Seoul said Wednesday. The performance will be held the Club Base at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in southern Seoul, the agency, Baraboom, said.

The group was formed by three members - rapper Baatin, producer J Dilla and rapper T3. J Dilla and Baatin died in 2006 and 2009, respectively. The group currently exists as a duo of T3 and producer Young RJ. It released YES!, an album made with unused J Dilla beats, in June 2015.
