Chung Joon-yang, former chairman of POSCO, is flanked by reporters upon arrival at the Seoul Central Prosecutors' Office in Seocho-gu, southern Seoul, Thursday for questioning on alleged corruption involving the country's No. 1 steelmaker, including slush funds created while he headed the company from 2009 to 2014, suspicious M&As and tax evasion.
