Girl group Red Velvet's 1st album tops 7 music sites on opening day

South Korean girl group Red Velvet's first full-length album "The Red" topped seven local music upon its release Thursday, outpacing a collection of songs sung at the 2015 Infinite Challenge Music Festival at the Alpensia Ski Jumping Tower in PyeongChang, Gangwon Province, last month. "Dumb Dumb," the title track of the album, took the No. 1 spot in those music charts - Genie, Melon, Mnet, Olle Music, Bugs Music, Naver Music and Soribada - as of 8 a.m Thursday. Infinite Challenge, or Muhan Dojeon in Korean is a popular entertainment program aired by MBC. The group debuted in August 2014.
