About 3,000 copies of the LP to mark the first anniversary of his death were sold as soon as they hit shelves, the distributor, yes24.com, said.
The LP, titled "Welcome to The Real World," contains 40 songs, including three of his posthumous works and some of his "hidden" songs.
Shin died after undergoing abdominal surgery at a hospital in Seoul.
