“Gangnam Style was too much a burden for me to bear”, Psy, who gained global fame because of the song, confessed his heartfelt story at a press conference on Monday.

“I don’t go to Gangnam Anymore.” He said, “Please do not compare the title song of my new album to Gangnam Style.” He announced “Bell Bottoms” and “Daddy”, double title songs of his seventh album, “ChilzipPsyda” (which sounds like ‘This is the seventh Psy’ in Korean) at the press conference.

He was asked if the double title songs will gain popularity ion worldwide level, and Psy said “no way.” It is his opinion that none of his new songs will bring phenomenal heat like Gangnam Style. He also added that “Bell Bottoms and Daddy are very different in genre and so its aims. I do not know which one would get the most love from the fans, but I prepared both just in case.”

Bell Bottoms is a song full of retro beat with funky guitar rhythm. Daddy is a synthesized, fast-paced dance music. CL of 2NE1 featured in the song.

Psy is to open the end-of-year concert starting from December 24 until 26 at Seoul Olympics Gymnastics Stadium.
