Eli, a member of Korean idol group “U-KISS” shocked fans worldwide by confessing that he is a married man on Saturday
He wrote in his Instagram “Hey everyone I know you all probably knew I had a girlfriend by the ring on my finger. We've been together for about 5 years now and love each other very much~ We actually filed for our wedding license June 5, 2014, and are currently happily married with a baby on the way. My wife is 3 months pregnant and by summer of next year I'm going to be a father. We still haven't had our ceremony yet, but we will try to have it very soon. I know this might come as a surprise for everyone, but we thought everyone should know. Thank you all for supporting all this time and I apologize if any of you feel betrayed and understand if you no longer support U-Kiss. #gotereasedhehe”.

According to “NH Media”, U-KISS’ management company, even the company didn’t know about Eli’s story regarding his wife and a baby. NH Media stated that Eli’s wife is 11 years older than he, and though the news is very surprising, the company decided to respect Eli’s decision to make things clear.
The company official added, “Eli may be too young to be a father, but we ask for the fans’ understanding and full support.”
NH Media also emphasized that Eli’s future schedules with U-KISS will stay the same as before.
