Bangtan Boys (BTS), a South Korean seven-member idol group, canceled its end-of-year concerts in Japan due to two of its members were reported unwell.

The group’s agency Big Hit Entertainment announced Monday that the group’s member Sugar and V were suffering from symptoms of causes unknown, and had decided to cancel the concert which was to be held at the World Memorial Hall in Kobe, Japan.

According to the agency, Sugar and V felt dizzy at rehearsals but after undergoing CT scans, no major problems were found. Doctors presumed the dizziness were probably caused by the BTS’ rigorous actions during the rehearsal and recommended the members to take rest.

The two members insisted that they carry on with the concert, but the agency decided to listen to the doctors’ recommendations.

“We decided that performing without the two members would not be able to provide full service to the fans,” the agency explained about the cancellation. The agency said all tickets will be refunded.
