In October, Google’s “Google.com” domain was bought by a man named Sanmay Wed for a minute. After realizing what happened, Google cancelled the purchase and later presented the man with a reward of U.S$ 6006.13. Google spelled in numbers.
The happening was widely known but the figure was disclosed until Google confessed on its official blog on Thursday. The Business Insider reported in October that the lucky man donated the reward to The Art of Living India. When Google heard the news, the ever-generous tech giant doubled the amount of the reward.
