South Korea's second largest carrier Asiana Airlines said Friday it has yet to decide on whether to appeal after a court approved the government's suspension order for the crash landing of its jet at an airport in San Francisco.

The Seoul Administrative Court on Friday dismissed a suit filed by Asiana against the transportation minister seeking a revocation of its decision to suspend the carrier's Incheon-San Francisco route for 45 days.

Three teenagers from China died in the July 2013 crash of Asiana flight 214 with more than 180 needing medical treatment out of the 300 passengers on board.

The transportation ministry said the crash was mainly due to pilot error and that Asiana had failed to properly train the flight crew. Asiana argued the suspension order would cause some 16.2 million won (13 million US dollars) in lost sales.

Asiana is still flying on the crucial Incheon-San Francisco route after winning an injunction to postpone the execution of the order until it gets the court's decision.
