Samsung Pay users will be able to use the service on online shopping stores managed by eBay Korea.
Samsung Electronics and eBay Korea signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Monday. Both companies aim to vitalize financial technologies (FinTech) on and offline. The two companies announced that they will launch a joint marketing operation during this year to develop new services.
Samsung Pay users can use the mobile payment system on eBay Korea’s online stores such as Gmarket, Auction, and G9 Mall. According to ZDNet’s report, the experts believe there will be special discounts given to Samsung Pay users.
