North Korea threatened the US with a propaganda video released on Saturday, sending out a message that if the US continues provoking, the North will not hesitate to strike the US with a pre-emptive nuclear strike.

The video was uploaded onto the D.P.R.K Today's YouTube channel during the weekend, and it depicts a submarine launched nuclear missile obliterating Washington. The four-minute video made out of computer graphics (CG), warns the "American imperialists" not to provoke Pyongyang.

"We will not hesitate to strike the American imperialists if further provocation continues," says the subtitles in the video, "The US must decide! It is a matter of whether the nation called the US exist on this planet or not."

The North also threatened South Korea that its military is fully ready to strike Seoul's presidential residence, the "Blue House" unless the President Park Geun-hye apologizes for publicly attacking Pyongyang's leadership.

The state media of North Korea had been sending out multiple messages to the US and South Korea lately, mainly due to major joint military operations drill which took place in last few weeks. The North saw the drill as a preparation for an invasion. The drill, however, is an event which the US and South Korea take annually, and the North have expressed distress and anger towards it every time.

Although this is not the first time for Pyongyang to send out threats to the US and South Korea, but it is notable that the North's state media is utilizing social networks to release propaganda videos, which could be accessed from all over the world. North Korea had previously released two propaganda videos last week, which depicts New York and Seoul's presidential residence under attack from Pyongyang.
