Several leaks regarding Galaxy Note 6, Samsung's upcoming six-inch smartphone, were spotted on Weibo, China's Facebook counterpart. The rumors are that the Note 6 will feature 256 GB of storage and 4200mAh.

If the rumors are true, Samsung's new "phablet" (a synonym meaning a large sized smartphone / phone + tablet) could be the game changer in the smartphone industry. The latest Samsung Note series' rival, Apple iPhone 6S Plus' houses 128GB (iPhone 6S Plus was released in three storage sizes- 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB) , and its battery capacity is 2750mAH, which is only half the size of the rumored Note 6.

As smartphone gets more advanced chipsets and displays, shortened battery life was the common problem. But if the Note 6 is installed with a 4200mAh battery, it is expected to provide approximately 48 hours of battery life in standby mode between charges.

Larger internal storage is also a good news. Camera modules are advancing by the generations of smartphones, but on the other side, it requires more storage for a photograph it takes since its more detailed and contains more information.

According to the leaked information, the Galaxy Note 6 will feature a 5.8-inch screen, resolution of 1440 x 2560 (QHD) and a Snapdragon 823 chipset. In some variant models, Samsung's own Exynos 8890 will be installed. The Note 6 is also rumored to feature 6GB of random-access memory (RAM).

There are also rumors that the Note 6 will come in two models, like its brother Samsung Galaxy S7. The rumors say that the Note will also have a curved, rounded-out edge version and a flat ordinary screen version.
