LG's "G Flex 3" is rumored to be released in September. The third and the latest model of its curved-display brothers, G Flex 3 will feature a 5.5-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution, a smartphone specialist media outlet "PhoneArena" reported on Monday.
According to PhoneArena's report, the G Flex 3 will have a modular design similar to LG's "G5". The modular smartphone provides its users with optional module parts which enhance the smartphone's abilities such as camera and audio.
The rumored specifications of the G Flex 3 are - 5.5-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution, Snapdragon 8210 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. It will also have 16MP camera on the rear and 8MP front facing camera.
LG has not yet revealed any information on the new upcoming curved smartphone. Some of its fans wonder if the self-healing back cover, which was G Flex 2's main feature, will also be available for the latest model. G Flex 2's back cover could recover itself from minor damages such as scratches.
The PhoneArena predicted that the device will be introduced at the "Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin" (IFA), one of the oldest industrial exhibitions in Germany. This year's event will take place from September 2 to September 7.
