"Space Grey" had been one of the favorite color options for Apple fans since iPhone 5S. It even became a color option for the company's iPads and MacBooks. But the tech giant is rumored to ditch what had been the trademark for a new option – "Deep Blue".

A Japanese website "Mac Otakara" which had provided very accurate predictions reported that a Chinese supplier related to Apple had leaked a new color version of iPhone 7. According to the report, the upcoming iPhone will be released in four colors – Deep Blue, Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold options.

Apple, as usual, has not responded to this particular rumor. Some experts and fans claim that since the Space Grey color option became Apple's identity, it is very unlikely for the tech giant to ditch the color option. It is more likely to just add Deep Blue to the list of colors.

iPhone is to be released later this year, and as the date nears, more rumors are pouring into the market. The most controversial rumor is that the Apple is to remove 3.5mm headphone jacks from the new iPhone 7 series. Many were skeptical about the rumor, but the fan theories on Apple not ditching 3.5mm jacks seem very wrong at this point.

Motorola, a Lenovo-owned company surprisingly released Moto Z lineup Thursday, and the new smartphones had no 3.5mm jacks. Instead, Lenovo included USB-C to 3.5mm jack converter into the smartphone boxed set.
