All-Chinese K-pop duo Tasty lost its contract nullification case against its South Korean agency, a local entertainment group said on Thursday, citing court documents.

The Seoul Central District Court dismissed the all-male hip-hop group's claim against Woollim Entertainment and ordered the performers to cover the agency's court expenses in full.

The ruling came about three months after Darong and Xiaorong, the band's twin artists, sued Woollim Entertainment in March. The Chinese rappers alleged that the subsidiary of South Korean entertainment giant S.M. C&C failed to pay dividends and violated their human rights.

"We welcome the court's decision, hoping that the case will contribute to the fair and transparent atmosphere of Korea-China cultural exchange," Woollim Entertainment said in a press release.
