Hit TV drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" received a warning Tuesday from South Korea's state watchdog for airing "improper" scenes which are detrimental to the spirit of minors.

The warning was issued at the Korea Communications Standards Commission's review meeting which picked two scenes as improper.  One scene aired on September 22 showed the kissing of the drama's 21-year-old main actor, Park Bo-gum, and his 17-year-old partner, Kim Yoo-jung.

A viewer has filed a complaint with the commission, saying the scene was not good for those under age.  Another scene exposed Kim's body silhouette, emphasizing her breasts. "The drama has violated a law on the protection of under-aged actors and actresses," a commission official told reporters.

Meanwhile, about 5,000 fans gathered  for an outdoor event in a palace at the heart of Seoul.  The event was originally planned as a fan sign meeting with about 200 people but Park's fans had filled up the palace from early morning.
