International Finance Centre Seoul, a mixed-use building complex in Seoul, has been sold to Brookfield, a New York-based asset manager.

AIG Global Real Estate said it has completed the sale of International Finance Centre Seoul (IFC Seoul) to Brookfield Asset Management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IFC Seoul in the southwestern financial district of Yeouido is comprised of three high-rise office towers, a three-level retail mall, and a five-star Conrad Seoul hotel. The highest is a 55-story building. The complex was the product of joint work by AIG Global Real Estate and the Seoul city government. The complex is owned by a fund sponsored by AIG Global Real Estate.

AIG Global Real Estate is a New York-based group of international companies within AIG (American International Grop) that invests in and manages about 18.8 billion US dollars of real estate for clients and AIG member companies.
