Girl group TWICE surprised fans with the release of a schedule on concerts and overseas tour plans. This will be the group's first-ever independent concert.
The girls will hold a concert at an Olympic handball gym in Seoul for three days from February 17, JYP Entertainment said. "Following the Seoul concert, TWICE will go on an overseas concert tour," it said in a statement.
TWICE has spent its most successful year in 2016 by selling more than 340,000 copies of its album "TWICEcoaster: LANE1", released in October. The group's new tracks have topped the music charts for many consecutive weeks while rival girl groups -- AOA, G-Friend and I.O.I -- have struggled to stay in the top ten.
