An image claimed to be LG's upcoming flagship smartphone G6 has been revealed online by an IT specialist media outlet, Verge.
The Verge introduced the partial image of a metal-encased smartphone and said LG's upcoming flagship would be officially unveiled on February 26, featuring a 5.7-inch display with minimized bezel. Other rumors suggest the display would feature a rare ratio, slightly longer with reduced bezels in the phone's upper and lower parts.
Domestic online communities are showing split reactions. Some users expressed disappointment as LG's design got similar to Apple's iPhone or Samsung's Galaxy series while others showed anticipation about the metal frame design saying it is reminiscent of Arena, LG's metal-encased feature phone released in 2009.
