Girl group TWICE has started a countdown to its debut in Japan Friday through its official Japanese website. The most popular girl group in South Korea will debut in Japan on June 28.
In Japan, the nine--member group will release an album, "#TWICE", that will contain 10 hit songs such as "CHEER UP", "TT" and "Like OOH-AHH". All songs will have both Korean and Japanese versions.
TWICE, which became the most popular girl group in South Korea since October 2016 after scoring double hit-streaks with its albums "TWICEcoaster LANE: 1" and "TWICEcoaster LANE: 2", was highlighted in Japan after famous Japanese celebrities reenacted the dance moves for "TT" and "CHEER UP" in TV variety shows.
