Universal Music Group (UMG), an American-French music corporation based in Santa Monica, California, will launch its South Korean label called "On The Record".
UMG, which is considered one of the world's top three record labels along with Sony Music and Warner Music Group, will release a YouTube video on the brand concept of its label in South Korea at 10 pm (1330 GMT) Tuesday.
On The Record has recruited South Korean artists such as 1415, TAEK, YEIN and YOONCELL. It will release 1415's first mini-album "DEAR: X" at midnight on April 21.
