Samsung released a 2017 version of "Galaxy J7", a budget smartphone with a full metal design, 5.5-inch display and 3,600mAh battery. The second generation J7 is exclusively sold through KT, South Korea's largest telecom company, and has special features of Samsung's new phone like a fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone is released with a price tag of 396,000 (354 US dollars) and buyers can get the phone at more discounted prices if they choose data plans which are more expensive than the standard plan, KT said, adding it offers a limited version of premium leather cases for a limited time.
