Amabrush is a new hands-free automatic toothbrush invented by a San Francisco based startup called 'Amabrush'. This innovative project was launched on Kickstarter on July 5 this year and was noticed quickly by news media, making headlines within a few days of its launch.
It reached its first goal in less than three days after the launch and started getting outpouring support and pledges from people who are dying to try Amabrush out whether purely out of curiosity or out of sincere needs.
Today marked the end of Amabrush's 30-day campaign. It began with uncertainty, but as of today Amabrush successfully garnered over $3.7 million (€3.5 million) and 26,832 backers. The project is fully funded now and ready for a next bigger chapter.
Amabrush posted on its Facebook page, expressing their gratitude, "Wow, what a ride. Our Kickstarter campaign is finished right now, and we reached a new milestone with you. We can't say it loud enough: THANK YOU VERY MUCH for making this happen."
According to Amabrush, it is the 28th most funded Kickstarter project of all time.
The shipping will begin in December this year.

Amabrush is a fully automatic toothbrush that "brushes all your teeth at once" and "finishes in just 10 seconds", explains its Kickstarter page. You just have to put an antibacterial mouthpiece connected to a handpiece into your mouth and "press a single button, wait ten seconds, and you'll have perfectly clean teeth".
Amabrush offered many different packages on Kickstarter to choose from: Basic Package at $93 (€79), Basic Couple at $103 (€88), Amabrush Pro at $116 (€99), Amabrush Pro Couple at $134 (€114), Pilot Tester at $152 (€129), Amabrush Pro Volume - 3X at $340 (€289), Amabrush Pro Volume - 5X at $524 (€445), and Amabrush Super VIP at $1176 (€999).
