A smartphone case catalog image showing Samsung's new flagship smartphone Galaxy Note 8 was leaked through Amazon, an online shopping mall, a day before an unveiling event in New York.
The image was leaked through a shopping deal page on Amazon's website Tuesday. Inside a Rinke catalog, a gold colored Note 8 was shown, with a 3.5-millimeter headphone jack and a dual-lens camera. The online image was removed from Amazon afterward.
Rinke, a global smartphone case maker, had another catalog image leaked last month. Images of LG's V30, to be unveiled at the end of this month, was leaked through a catalog image showing three variant color models.
