Washington, U.S. - Marissa Wallen, a 21-year-old escort from Concrete, Washington, is charged with shooting her client twice in his head for "performing oral sex wrong" on October 21. She left her victim, a 36-year-old man living in Everett, in his home without calling 911 and grabbed his wallet.

The man was discovered three days later by police when his concerned employer and his mother called 911 to report him missing on October 24. The employer said it was very uncharacteristic of him to not log-in to company private network for a daily report.

When the responding officers found him at his residence, there was no sign of forced entry and alter they discovered the victim in his master bedroom. He had dried blood on his head with two gunshot wounds. When the Everett police officers found him, he was sitting against a wall in the bedroom. The victim was conscious but unresponsive. He was immediately transported to Providence Medical Center in Everett.

After an extensive search, the authorities found the victim's wallet and handgun missing. However, the shell casings did not match the missing gun. The surveillance footage of the residence showed a woman later identified as Marissa Wallen visiting the house five times between October 7 and October 21. The last footage showed Wallen and her victim entering the residence together at 8:45 p.m. on October 21 and Wallen running out the front door around 10 p.m.

The search on the victim's credit card history also showed that Wallen went on a shopping spree with his card and sent money over to a man through the Facebook money exchange system, spending over $10,000 between October 22 and November 5.

Wallen was arrested at a home in Mount Vernon with her associate whom she sent money to. During the interrogation, Wallen changed her versions of stories several times before admitting that the victim hired her for sex. She told the investigators that she "did not feel like having sex with him" that day and "he was performing oral sex wrong and she did not know how to tell him that."

Wallen claimed that she shot the victim in the back of his head first then fire a second shot that was aimed at the side of his face. She then believed the man was dead and took his wallet before running out of his house.

According to the police report, she remained "emotionless" during the interview and asked the investigators to talk to the victim not to pursue charges if he makes a recovery.

When she made her first appearance on Thursday to have her bail set, she wept as her case report was read. Her bail was set at $1 million.
