An image captured from North Korea's state TV showed leader Kim Jong-un
writing down his signature on a document that contained a hand-written order to carry out the test launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile.
The Korean Central Television also showed the picture of Kim's order which was issued to North Korea's munitions industry department in charge of missile development. Kim apparently signed it on the eve of Wednesday's pre-dawn ICBM launch north of Pyongyang.
Kim's order read: "Test launch approved. Carry out at dawn on November 29! Shoot for the party and your country! Kim Jong-un 2017.11.28."
