SEOUL, Feb. 20 (Aju News) -- Girl band MAMAMOO will come back to the music scene with a mini-album on March 7, the group's agency said Tuesday.
RBW said in a statement that the quartet would release its first album in nine months. MAMAMOO released its fifth mini-album "Purple" in June last year and "Paint Me", a single, in January.
Through its official Instagram, the group left an image showing silhouettes of MAMAMOO members on the beach and a post saying "#MAMAMOO COMEBACK 2018.03.07 6PM". The post has garnered more than 23,000 likes in less than an hour.
MAMAMOO debuted in 2014 and became renowned as one of the most skilled K-pop girl bands. The group has released a series of hit songs such as "Um Oh Ah Yeh", "Decalcomanie" and "Yes I am".
