SEOUL -- K-pop girl band BLACKPINK disclosed the teaser video for the title song of its new album, "KILL THIS LOVE", that would be released this week. The teaser video featuring LISA was watched more than 290,000 times in less than a day.
The group's new mini-album will be released globally at midnight Thursday (1500 GMT), YG Entertainment said in a statement uploaded onto its news blog on Monday. The album will contain five songs including its title song "KILL THIS LOVE" and a remix version of "DDU-DU DDU-DU", a hit song released in June 2018.
BLACKPINK will hold concerts in six cities in Canada and the United States, starting with one in Los Angeles on April 17. The girl group has been invited to perform twice at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, a popular American music festival, on April 12 and April 14.
