SEOUL -- K-pop acoustic trio BOL4, also known as Bolbbalgan4, has topped South Korea's major real-time song charts with its spring-themed comeback song "Bom".

The trio came back to the music scene on Tuesday with mini-album "Puberty Book Ⅰ Bom - EP" containing five songs. BOL4  promotes three title songs -- "Bom", "Stars Over Me" and "Mermaid".

BOL4 has built up a strong fan base in South Korea by gaining the attention of teenagers and music lovers in their early 20s with the trio's unique lyrics which are very straightforward. The trio sings about topics like love and discomfort.
BOL4's comeback was much anticipated by fans as the trio went on a 10-month hiatus since it released "Red Diary 'Hidden Track'", a mini-album, in July 2018.
