SEOUL -- K-pop band BTS has mesmerized some 90,000 fans at the first concert of its “LOVE YOURSELF-SPEAK YOURSELF”, the seven-member group’s stadium world tour, at Rose Bowl stadium in Los Angeles on May 4.

Tickets for the concert at Rose Bowl stadium, which can hold about 90,000 audience, were all sold out. Just about every seat, except for seats with a limited view of the stage, was filled with fans chanting and singing BTS’ songs along with group members performing on the stage.

The boys opened the night of excitement with “Dionysus”, a track included in BTS’ latest album “MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA”, followed by “Not Today”, the K-pop band’s hit song released in 2017. The stage was decorated by two huge panther statues as well as other stage settings featuring the latest technology such as LED lights.

The stadium became a huge dance floor for ARMY, BTS’ international fan club, when BTS members performed “Boy with Luv”, the group’s latest hit song released in April.
