BTS collaborates with Hong Kong-based smartphone accessory maker Casetify

SEOUL -- K-pop band BTS will collaborate with a Hong Kong-based smartphone accessory maker to release new custom collections inspired by the seven-member band's 2019 song "Boy With Luv feat. Halsey".

"Global superstars BTS is joining CASETiFY co-lab," Casetify, a smartphone accessory maker famous for its custom-made protective cases, said in a notice uploaded onto its website. The accessory company did not disclose what kind of collaborative products would be released but hinted that some accessories were inspired by BTS' song Boy With Luv, released in April.

According to Casetify, the BTS-collaborated products will be released on November 19. The company has released teaser images for the special products which showed cases for iPhones, Apple Watch smartphone chargers adorned with colors and symbols which remind BTS and its song.

Previously, BTS has mesmerized ARMY, the international fan club of BTS, by collaborating with some 15 brands including carmaker Hyundai and LINE, a smartphone messenger app operated by South Korean web portal operator Naver.

In January this year, countless fans across the world crashed down servers of the online store of LINE FRIENDS for a few hours when they rushed to buy BT21 products. BT21 products consist of plush character toys and other everyday essential items featuring characters co-created by LINE FRIENDS and BTS members.
