Woongjin Thinkbig said in a statement on Wednesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Naver Business Platform (NBP) to cooperate in the development of an interactive artificial intelligence (AI)-based education platform and related services.
The two companies worked together in August to apply Naver's AI to Woongjin's electronic book-reading platform for audiobook services for children.
"We will develop the platform with NBP in order to introduce AI services that provide new learning experiences as well as diverse experience such as book searching, reading and learning English," Woongjin Thinkbig CEO Lee Jae-jin was quoted as saying.
