Chris Brown’s probation is revoked Monday at L.A. County Superior Court. He has a hearing scheduled on February 10 to hear the final decision on his jail time.

Brown was on felony probation for 5 years for the famous Rihanna beating incident in 2009, the night before the Grammys. Since the incident, Brown has gotten himself in unending troubles like beating up a fellow musician, failing to provide information in a vehicle accident, smashing his mom’s car window in a rehab, and more. He got away with all those of course because he is a celebrity but even Brown’s star lawyer could not get him out of his October arrest.

Brown was arrested for assault after attacking a man outside the W Hotel in Washington D.C. on Oct. 27. His bodyguard was also arrested for getting involved in the attack.

A L.A. Superior Court judge James Brandlin ordered the singer to seek professional help for his anger management problem in November but only after checking into the rehab for 13 days, Brown got kicked out for smashing his mother’s car window while she was visiting for the family day. Brown was summoned back in the court and was ordered to stay extra 90 days in rehab.

On Dec. 16, Brown’s probation was revoked from the October arrest. Since it is probation violation, Brown is expected to face up to 4 years behind bars but fortunately for him, he is in court ordered rehab so the decision will be postponed to February hearing.
