LPGA's rising star Jang Ha-na returns home Monday to take a rest as she is suffering from insomnia and anemia caused by an extreme stress, her agency, Sportizen, said.

Jang, a two-time winner this season, is to arrive in Seoul late Monday after pulling out during the first round of the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic in San Francisco, the agency said.

She may miss at least LPGA tour events because of treatment at a South Korean hospital, it said.

In early March, an injury forced Jang's compatriot Chun In-gee, who has a large number of domestic fans and supporters, to withdraw from the HSBC Women's Champions tournament in Singapore.

Chun injured her coccyx when she fell on an escalator at Singapore's Changi Airport after being hit by the bag of Jang's father. She was forced to miss a month of action with back problems.

The injury sparked an emotional on-line battle among South Koreans fans. It's an unintentional accident, but some fans lashed out at Jang despite her apology.

With her energetic moves, Jang has earned her the nickname “HaNa-Gizer.” She shows that with all the fist pumps she makes in a round.

She celebrated with a self-styled 'Samurai-lasso' dance after her maiden victory in Florida. In Singapore, Jang delighted the gallery by dancing like Beyonce following her HSBC Women's Champions victory.
