SK C&C said Thursday that its chabot solution, Aibril Intelligent Studio (AIS), could be used for non-face financial counseling, data and paper search support, academic management and business inquiries. It is expected to lead the evolution of the fast-growing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) market.
The company said that if RPA is combined with AIS capable of handling natural language, it will act as a next-generation RPA that handles tasks while interacting with various systems. AIS can collect, analyzes and learn vast amounts of data to support various businesses for companies and help RPA.
The greatest feature of AIS is that it automatically classifies service-specific questions by working with the existing system of data, SK C&C said, adding that in numerous questions collected through chatbot, AIS automatically generates and analyzes dialogue models by combining sentences with high similarity so that it can understand the meaning of questions on its own.
This can dramatically reduce the time required for simple repetitive tasks such as data analysis and separation and purification of questions, which take six months or longer, according to SK C&C. A number of administrators and operators can participate in the system development and operation process at the same time to support rapid development and service activation.
